Our location locates on MARKET ST, Next to the Market St Garage

The main entrance is between Spectacle Shop Outlet and I Love CVille.

Upon entering the building, the elevator is located to your left. Take the elevator to the second floor and exit to your left. Proceed down the hallway, and when you reach the end, turn left again. Our suite will be on your left-hand side.

We kindly request you to arrive 10 minutes early to fill out the intake form.

  • First option is street parking (free up to 2 hours) and the second option is Market St Garage (free up to 3 hours)

  • Simply ask the receptionist for parking validation when you visit our location. They will provide you the parking validation to cover the parking cost at the Market St Garage for up to 3 hours.
