Our location locates between GREENBRIER DR and COMMONWEALTH DR.

Please come in through the main entrance, pass through the hallway, and you will see us on the left. Our logo will be on the door.

We kindly request you to arrive 10 minutes early to fill out the intake form.

  • You're welcome to park your vehicle in our spacious parking lot, which surrounds the building. The main entrance is accessible from COMMONWEALTH DR.

  • We currently accept appointment only. Please contact DOWNTOWN Branch for the walk-in availabilities.
